Eighteen Years of Saying Welcome
Grand Aurelia began as a twelve-room guesthouse with one conviction: hospitality is memory-keeping. Today we are 120 rooms, an award-winning restaurant and a catering brigade that has served 900+ celebrations — and the conviction hasn't changed.
Every recipe in our banquet book, every preference noted at reception, every garland at the porte-cochère exists so that a guest's second visit feels like a homecoming.
